How I work
Tell me what’s happening
Start in your own words. You don’t need to know what the problem is.
I’ll ask the right questions
I’ll explore your sleep pattern before jumping to conclusions.
I’ll help you decide what to try next
I’ll suggest practical next steps and only recommend products when I genuinely think they fit.
Why I don’t give generic sleep advice
The same symptom can have very different causes. Waking at 4 a.m. might be related to heat, alcohol, stress, breathing problems, clock-checking or something else entirely.
My job is to help you separate what may be triggering the problem from what may be keeping it going.
